“On the eve of the opening of the documenta14 (held every five years in Kassel), Flying Cooperation artists for various reasons ended up in Germany. Unfortunately, the visa and budget limitations did not allow them to stay longer in order to fully appreciate documenta, one of the most influential contemporary art events in the world. However, the proximity of the festival thrilled them badly. Unable to resist its emanations, Flying Cooperation members went to Kassel by train, where they started to scrupulously collect all artifacts related to the making of documenta, engaging in communication with its employees and even examining the contents of garbage bins near the documenta headquarters. All papers unearthed during the Kassel stay have been transported across the border. Resulting collection of documents and comments to them took form of a reader equipped with a subjectively important tags index. The collection was structured by the commentators names, sorted alphabetically. Feel free to complement it with your own comment by sending a text or an image to firstname.lastname@example.org”.
